Therapy entails regular sessions/appointments/meetings with a trained therapist who can create a safe space for you to let go and be you, with no judgment or expectations. Therapy is your safe space. You have the right to end therapy whenever you like.

Therapy sessions are offered every week, this will be the same day and time each week.

Commitment
​Therapy requires a little commitment, consistency is key in therapy and requires efforts to attend every week where possible.
Depending on your needs and goals you have the option to attend therapy short term or long term.
